Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

To ensure you receive items that fit is a priority for us, we offer a 14-day exchange policy that will cover any sizing issue that you may experience for all items excluding underwear. Underwear are not eligible for return. We do not offer refunds at this time due to nature of our brand , however we can issue store credit or an exchange for eligible orders.

Exchanged items are to be unused and in its original condition, including all tags and/or labels item comes in . We will refund the full order amount  as store credit , minus the shipping costs for the returned exchanged item .

the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@bodiconthelabel.com with your order number and a photo/video  of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
