Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For simple flat rate shipping: Depending on various promotions or specific collections . We may announce an offer of a flat rate shipping to specific countries .

For Free shipping rates . Can only be honoured if in fact there is a promotion for set deal (E.g. Free shipping for orders over X amount ) Subject to change upon what is available at set time .

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup [If location/ or pickup instructions are listed at checkout ]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 to 48 business days, Orders may be arranged for early pick up via email or SMS contact . We will send you an email or SMS text when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our Pickup hours are [12-12pm ] on [Mon-Fri]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. To Arrange outside of these days MUST contact via email/SMS for instructions .

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
